Holy Smokes! Have we been busy. Getting all set up in our new commissary kitchen and retail space (at The Market Line) has left little time for new collaboration cookies. But we’re excited to announce that we’re back at it! Just in time for NYC’s re-opening.
Our next collaboration features none other than the gooiest, sweetest summer dessert -- the S’more. Except instead of boring old graham crackers, we’re using two OG cookies half dipped in Fine & Raw chocolate. We chose to work with Fine & Raw because we love their product. All of their cacao is sourced sustainably from Ghana and Ecuador, and they’ve worked for years to cultivate lasting relationships with farmers, paying above fair trade wages to promote economic freedom and empowerment. They roast half of their cacao beans and leave the other half raw, giving their chocolate layers of flavor. It’s all done in their Bushwick factory, which we’ve had the pleasure of visiting (more on that here).
This cookie is an ode to a classic S’more, as unfussy as a dessert can get. We’ve given it the Best Damn treatment by upping the ante with a chocolate chip graham replacement and homemade marshmallows.
